Home-service operating models
Lead-to-booking systems shaped around how each trade works.
The same platform can support very different intake, urgency, estimate, booking, and field handoff patterns. Start with the operating model, not a generic automation template.
OPERATING DIFFERENCES
The trade name is not the useful distinction.
Edex looks for the point where the operation changes: who must review the request, what event creates an estimate or booking, which system owns field work, and when automation must stop. These pages are implementation models based on those differences. They do not claim Edex has delivered a client project in each trade.
