Information you provide
Edex Growth LLC collects information you voluntarily submit through the qualification or contact form. This can include your name, business name, work contact details, website, role, service area, current systems, lead-flow details, project needs, timing, readiness, and any other information you choose to include.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment information, protected health information, customer records, or other sensitive credentials through the website.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to evaluate an inquiry, determine an appropriate next step, communicate about that inquiry, protect the form from abuse, and maintain the security and operation of the website. Edex does not use a form submission to enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Service providers and infrastructure
The website is statically generated with Astro and hosted through Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process ordinary network and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Web3Forms processes qualification-form submissions and forwards them to Edex. Google Workspace and email systems are used to receive and respond to inquiries.
These providers may process technical information normally generated when a request is made, such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and security signals. The Edex website does not use advertising pixels or Google Ads tracking.
Website analytics
With your permission, Edex uses Google Analytics to measure website usage, such as page views, general engagement, scroll activity, and outbound-link activity. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers after you accept analytics. Edex does not send the contents of the qualification form to Google Analytics.
You can reject analytics when the consent notice appears or change your choice later through the Analytics preferences control in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to the website or the qualification form.
Retention and sale of information
Edex keeps inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Provider-controlled retention periods may also apply. Edex does not sell submitted personal information.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to legitimate recordkeeping or legal needs. Contact haroon@edexgrowth.com.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when the website, providers, or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
