GoHighLevel implementation for home-service businesses
One lead-to-booking system. Four ways to fix the path.
A website, CRM, workflow, calendar, and chat widget only create value when they support the same operating process. Edex connects the services your lifecycle needs, preserves what already works, and tests the agreed path before handoff.
01 / HUB
The service list follows the customer journey.
The front end captures the inquiry. The CRM records its state. Routing gives it an owner. Automation handles approved routine steps. Calendars support the booking handoff. Staff take over when judgment is required. Edex scopes the parts needed to make that path coherent.
System flow
- Traffic reaches a relevant page or chat entry point.
- The prospect submits useful, approved information.
- GHL creates or updates the right contact and opportunity state.
- Routing and follow-up respond to the actual lifecycle state.
- Staff see ownership, exceptions, and the next action.
- The booking or estimate handoff is recorded and visible.
The goal is not to install every GHL feature. The goal is to build the smallest complete system that supports the agreed process.

Four service paths
Front-end intake
GoHighLevel Website Design
Build or repair the pages, forms, funnels, and calendars that turn relevant traffic into structured inquiries and send the right information into GHL.
Lifecycle operations
GHL CRM & Automation
Define the pipeline, data, routing, state changes, follow-up, exits, and human handoffs that keep the lead lifecycle visible.
Website chat intake
GHL Conversation AI
Configure a GHL chat widget around approved information, initial qualification, routing, and human escalation. The service does not include voice calling or autonomous sales closing.
Existing-account clarity
GHL Audit & Repair
Identify conflicting logic, unnecessary complexity, duplicate enrollment risk, missing exits, unclear pipeline states, and the highest-priority repairs.
03 / HUB
Start where the lifecycle is actually breaking.
If the website captures poor or incomplete information
Review GHL Website Design.
If staff cannot see status, ownership, or the next step
Review GHL CRM & Automation.
If website visitors need a structured chat path into human follow-up
Review GHL Conversation AI.
If the account is cluttered, unreliable, or difficult to diagnose
Start with GHL Audit & Repair.
If several problems are connected
Request the Edex Lead-to-Booking System and let discovery define the combined scope.
Selection rule
Start with the visible symptom, then test the dependencies. If the current states, ownership, and exits are already clear, a focused build or repair may be enough. If fixing the symptom requires guessing about those foundations, mapping or audit comes first.
04 / HUB
Every service is delivered through the same accountable method.
Map before build
Map
Understand sources, owners, states, exceptions, and handoffs.
Architect
Define the future-state logic and acceptance scenarios.
Build
Configure or repair the agreed components.
Prove
Test the paths and correct in-scope defects.
Handoff
Document the system and transfer operating responsibility clearly.
A focused service may use a smaller version of this method. A lifecycle-wide engagement uses all five stages across the connected system.
For a bounded repair, the method can be compact: identify the dependency, define the expected behavior, correct the defect, test the affected path and an adjacent path, then record what changed. A full lifecycle engagement uses the same discipline across every connected source, state, owner, workflow, and handoff. An audit may end with findings when implementation would require a separate scope.
05 / HUB
Fixed scope. Milestone-based project fee. No mystery bundle.
Exact pricing is scoped after Edex understands the lifecycle, locations, intake routes, pipelines, integrations, migration needs, asset volume, and required QA scenarios. The commercial model is a fixed project fee for a written scope, billed by agreed milestones.
Scope points
- Deliverables and acceptance scenarios are approved before implementation.
- Project quantities and integrations are written into the scope.
- New requirements use a written change order.
- Third-party software, GHL, messaging, and phone charges are separate.
- Ongoing care is a separate agreement, not hidden inside the build.
06 / HUB
Evidence across cleanup, automation, and coordinated implementation.
- A three-phase audit and cleanup produced a 108-tag dictionary, Smart Lists, segmentation, and welcome and re-engagement journeys.
- A lifecycle implementation included seven published workflows, pipeline-stage logic, tag-state architecture, and execution-log troubleshooting.
- A coordinated funnel, pipeline, and workflow build passed all 23 documented QA scenarios at acceptance and included deployment and handoff work.
These anonymous examples demonstrate completed implementation work. They do not claim or guarantee commercial performance.
07 / HUB
The guarantee covers completion, not outcomes outside the build.
Edex and the client agree on the in-scope deliverables and acceptance scenarios before implementation. If an agreed scenario fails because of Edex's implementation, Edex corrects the defect at no additional implementation fee until it passes. A 14-day post-handoff correction period covers reproducible defects caused by Edex within the agreed scope.
New requests, client edits, third-party changes, platform outages or limitations, incorrect source data, and performance or revenue outcomes are excluded.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need all four services?
No. The scope should include only what the lifecycle needs. A working website may stay. A focused audit may be enough for a bounded problem. The flagship is appropriate when several parts must work together.
Can Edex handle one workflow or form?
Possibly. A truly isolated request can be routed to a focused audit or repair. If that task depends on unclear states, conflicting workflows, or a broader handoff problem, Edex will explain the lifecycle dependency before recommending a larger scope.
Can you work with our existing GHL account?
Yes. Edex begins by understanding the current account and preserving useful assets where practical. Existing access alone does not prove the system is reliable, so the scope may begin with an audit.
Does Edex provide lead generation or paid advertising?
No. Edex implements the system that handles inquiries after they arrive. Media buying, SEO retainers, and generic lead-generation services are outside the flagship scope.
How is the project priced?
The recommended model is a fixed fee for a written scope, billed through agreed milestones. The exact fee depends on implementation complexity and remains TBD until discovery.
09 / HUB
Describe the gap. Edex will review the system it belongs to.
Find the right entry point
Tell Edex how inquiries arrive, what happens today, and where the process becomes unclear or unreliable. The qualification form helps determine whether the next step is a full system, a focused service, or an audit.
Request Your Lead-to-Booking System Plan
Qualification first. Booking is offered when the request is an appropriate fit.
